Juicing is the Go To

For many people juicing is the go to approach for rapid weight loss. It is effective. However, we should consider integrating juicing into a longer term daily routine.

I am not talking about high sugar fruit juice either. Finding a mix of primarily vegetable juices would be ideal for the long term.

By “integrating” I mean, you know, a habit. It doesn’t have to be everyday, but regular occurrence. For example, “I work out 3 days a week and on my off days juice vegetables” could be a good commitment.

Routines work and over time you will get a rhythm with it and see the benefits.
